Dishonesty and Bad Attitude of older gentleman at Laser Engraving and Keys at Belconnen. Last Tuesday, 5 Sep 23, my metal watch strap was "fixed" using my old pin and was charged a fee of $10.00. I was given a receipt which was so faintly printed that the words could not be read. The pin dropped off the next day. Today, 9 Sep 23, I went back to the older gentleman for a refund. And these were what he said, "I have never touched this watch before and I don't know what are you talking about". When I said I will complain and he said," go ahead, I am used to it". Unfortunately I could not challenge this issue as I did not have the receipt to proof. Such dishonesty and poor attitude of this older gentleman is a disgrace to this company and a shame. ! So, be forewarned when you have to deal with this older gentleman at Belconnen
