When I went in to claim my Free Birthday Treat as specified in the email "Complimentary Choc Cranberry Cookie & hot beverage. I was then told I can only get a free coffee because they only have Christmas Cookies. I then asked if they can give me the Christmas cookie instead but they insisted on only a coffee. I have been a loyal customer at this cafe for some time now but after such bad customer service I will not be going back again. I thought customers comes first but not at the Westfield Belconnen Shingle Inn. They have made my birthday a very unpleasant one!!
