I don't usually write reviews nor look forward to giving negative feedback but after my experience at Brow Shapes in Tuggeranong on Monday I have to say, I am very disappointed. I have been here twice now and my experiences have been ruined due to the customer service. I should say... no customer service. There is no polite greeting, minimal smiles and a lack of communication. I felt unwelcomed the two times I have been there. Just a little conversation, polite manners and greetings/farewells would be nice. So... rude customer service and not the best quality service either. My eyebrows are way too thin and tampered too short at the ends. She didn't even offer to fill in the patches she'd created. Not happy at all. And will not be back unless staff are friendlier.
