Don’t you want my money? I get my nails done every two weeks and tried this place coz it’s closer to home. My first time the lady was nice and did a good job, so I went back a second time for a chellac manicure. I think I got the owner this time, who didn’t file my nails or ask what shape, didn’t ask me to wash my hands, rushed the paint so the paint isn’t even and looks jagged on the sides. Then moved onto the next person and told her husband that I’m done. No oil, no cream. I sent a photo to my friends and family and laughed that they don’t understand good customer service means if you do a good job, people come back. Just gotta laugh that I wasted $37 dollars and will drive to the professionals in Queanbeyan that always do a good job to get it redone. My husband said it looks like a home job haha. You think you’d be good at you’re job if it’s all you’ve ever done your whole life.
