I bought a pair of earrings from Goldmark at Woden Westfield recently. The very first time I tried to put them on, the post of the earrings were so thin and weak that they just bent side way. After struggling for close to 15 minutes, I just couldn't put them on. (I have been wearing earrings for many many years and have never encountered this). I went back to the shop and described the situation to the sales person. However she was very skeptical and refused to accept the reasons. I have clearly wasted my money in buying this pair earrings from Goldmark. It was such a disappointing experience. I will stay away from the shop.
