Worst customer service in Australia. The stores polices and procedures are in breach of Australain consumer laws. The store managers attitude will leave you feeling humiliated at best. As she kicks you to the curb for bothering to try and exercise your rights as a consumer. They won't even enter a discussion about faulty item, just tell you they are busy and you should leave. Appalling behaviour, completely unprofessional and just plain RUDE.
