again!! Forceful purchase.. I bought a small sized rug $90 which was smaller than my original size rug, so when i went to get the bigger one it was ridiculous expensive for the size i was after like $190. I asked for a refund since I originally didn’t want to spent so much on just a little runner size rug, but the owner was so rude and not helpful. Apperantly says on their receipt that there only exchange, wel its too late to find out theres no return after purchasing a rug. I ended up getting a bigger size rug for my loungeroom and honestly these rugs are not worth more than $250 no way!!! He charged me $360, and i had no choice but to buy it because he wouldn’t give my lousy $90 back from original purchase! Very unprofessional, not helpful and rude staff. Go elsewhere you will find much cheaper rug with better service.
