My husband wanted to surprise Me with a necklace Few months later pass he goes to pick up the necklace and Ahmed has hassoun informs him his melted the gold and he has lost his $500 deposit and has refused to refund or get my husband to purchase Something else with the deposit money and he denied both choices. I also stated “ so you take peoples money and don’t negotiate an outcome at all” he responds yes I do! I have asked other jewellers and they have never heard of such a thing in their lives. Worst jeweller and customer service a scum and so rude!
