Paid $400 to have both back and front screens replaced on a Samsung S9+ very recently. Purchased a brand brand new jelly case to avoid having the same problem again. Dropped my phone a week later IN THE NEW CASE and the piece of shit back replacement case they put on the back - which was clearly subpar at the time as it didn't have the S9 on it and had two patchy bits at the top - cracked on the side. If I was not already convinced that the back case was shit, I dropped my phone again today IN THE CASE and it shattered completely fucking worse. Tou have NO IDEA how high I had to drop it accidentally AND on ceramic tiles to crack it initially. I dropped it from HALF THE HEIGTHT AND IN A FUCKING CASE and it shattered so easily. Piece of crap replacement parts. Why does it cost 400 dollars? Not Happy.

If I could give a zero I would. Purchased a new battery for an iPhone 6s and have had nothing but problems since. They refuse to give me contact details for the manager and I now have a phone that doesn’t work.
