I attended the Bateau Bay Optus store, on Tuesday where I was met with 3 lovely ladies. (Tanikkai, Lucy & Amme).I have had cause to attend this and other Optus stores previously where I have been left feeling very stupid and belittled. These ladies could not have been more helpful, their customer service, knowledge and understanding of people who do not have their knowledge was appreciated. I believe these LADIES should be utilized to teach others in the art of customers service. I left this store feeling that I had been treated with total respect. The 5 stars rating below is for Tanikkai, Lucy and Amme
