I was in Woolworths Batemans Bay on the 25 of April paid my groceries with my Visa card and was approved but a message come up in the Woolworth screen and the young worker pressed and told me that I have to pay again what I did and complain that I was charge 2 time for the same amount when the worker in the service desk got informed of the situation he say was my mistake and it was nothing they can do I ask for the supervisor and I was told was her day off I was treated in a bad manner and I was told to deal with the bank because was my fault I was disgusted of the treatment I received maybe because I was older or maybe I’m from a non English speaking country but I was on holiday and they treatment to me really spoiled my time in Batemans Bay me an my family will think twice about going back there or continue buying from Woolworths.

I always shop at woolies l enjoy it but I found yesterday when I went to the deli to get cold meat the older lady serving was very rude to me the corn beef plate was empty in the window. I asked her would I b able to get $5 of corn beef she replied there is shaved there I didn’t want shaved I said I want sliced thank u so she said Nop none yet and walked off. NIICE lady omg
