Recently purchased a packet of Assorted balloons and on the packet it was $8 sticker buy when paid they charged $12.99. Realised it next day and went back to clarify but the lady in the service counter was very rude and stated it doesn’t matter what the price is in sticker, whatever the computer it's the final price. That lady doesn’t have a manner to talk with customer. It’s not about the price she charged us but the way she spoke was disgusting. She even told that the boss was not in the shop and come back in an hour. That is not how you speak with your customer and yes if you have price sticker on an item then make sure it is correct. The situation with me was a fraud. One price on sticker and charging another at counter. I feel like we were doomed. Very bad experience, will really think few times before I go in there again.

Terrible and most degrading. I left the shop completely gobsmacked!!! I was spoken to like an infant. I purchased many items from your store on Friday 11/10/2019. Out of all items purchased, 2 items did not fit my grand children. I then brought them back today 14/10/2019 with the docket for a refund to be told in no uncertain terms that i would not get one. I told them that this is illegal, only to have a photo frame shoved near my face with the worker there underlining with with his finger that this was the shops policy, I explained i have had businesses all of my life and this is still illegal. He then told me I could only have store credit and nothing else. I do not reside in Bathurst !!! Well, I have since been in touch with Consumer Affairs also ACCC Australia. It is my legal right as a consumer to ask for a refund, and GET IT!!. The item was brought back undamaged and still salable . I have never come across any person so darn rude, I will never ever shop there again. Your refund policy. No refund signs are illegal. Selling your products and services.
