Very disappointed today ! Purchased nitrate free Turkey 1/2 kilo to return home to find it is not sliced properly ( as it was last week when I purchase a lot less) but broken up into smashed, dishevelled pieces . It does not taste the same and looks like little messy scraps . The owner went out into a closed off room to “slice” it in another room as the last of the nitrate free Turkey breast was low almost finished . Why did he not carve it in front of me as he did the ham I wonder and why a completed scrappy mess ? I think I know why . I have guests tomorrow and refuse to serve it as it even looks a bit yellow etc in parts and off . This is a disgrace . He was rude some weeks back yi an elderly man for buying a small amount of sliced ham. The man was shocked . I thought I would give this Delhi a second chance and thought he must be struggling.
