Everytime I've had to go there the people at the door are inexperienced and so rude not helpful at all was told to go home and call after I was on the phone for 1 hour with them and was advised to come in ..I asked for supervisor got help strait way behind counter not as bad worse overcrowded place ever ..

My experience was worst , I took my driving test I didn’t clear it because of some test officer her name is Mel she was very rude and annoying..her instructions were not even clear ..I don’t want her my test officer again..

Worst experience with staff . Okay went to apply for dine n discover voucher without seeing my passport and details she told not eligible with very rude and while I called customer service I received voucher within 10 minutes.
