I asked for a dress to be taken down by 1 inch. Instead they took it down by 1 centremeter, I then had to wait another two days so they could fix the mistake. I got the dress back and they had cut the hem of the dress off and re-sewed it, the dress was shorter than it's original length and could no longer be lengthened due to the amount of fabric they cut off. I paid $35 for this service and they ruined my dress. The lady at the counter didn't seem to care. Do not get your alterations done here!
