Today Wednesday 28 I went to Specsavers Westfield Bondi Junction to cancel my eye test appointment and the frames that I already have selected the day before. Unfortunately on Tuesday 27 I went to the store and I was attended by a person who displayed all the wrong things that the basic manual of Customer Service mention. He was not friendly from the beginning, look at my health Fund car limit and literally pointed to where the glasses were display saying go and choose there. I went and I have a friend with me, we found the sale conditions a bit confused and I asked him about it. With a "I couldn't care less attitude" he came and almost shouted the sale conditions, after I asked something else regarding prices he nicely said " You can buy whatever glass you want" and I reply, yes I know this, but I only need two glasses, I know I can buy the whole store but I just need two pairs cover by my health fund. He said "GO AWAY", gave me his back and disappear inside the store. Later when we were trying to sort out the frames and I asked one girl, he came back and started becoming aggressive to a point that have to be calmed by one assistant. The worst thing is that I have been a customer of Specsavers Westfield from some 8 years and I always priced his staff for been wonderful. Well, after his display of rudeness I asked to talk with the Supervisor of the store, what a surprise, HE is the supervisor. In total disbelieved I chose a couple of frames and I organised an eye test with one of the polite and helpful assistants. Today on my way there I decided to cancel everything and write this review, the "supervisor" is Nick Spanos, I've seen him before in the store, didn't know was the supervisor. But this is not the point, he doesn't know or display the minimum standards of education and his service customer service was just disgusting. Today when I went there to cancel my business with them, there was a lovely lady who felt a bit sorry. This Mr Spanos maybe is a good supervisor, certainly if he chooses the staff that work there is fantastic in this area, but as a person in charge of a well-known brand his customer service abilities are so rudimentary that I felt ashamed and my friend too.
