Extremely rude. Got 2 keys cut. One worked one did not. Took it back and he proceeded to blame me for rushing him. I asked twice if he would like me to come back both times he ignored me. When I told him that he said "all I heard was you jabbering" i need to concentrate. Never in my life have i seen such rudeness. It actually took my breath away. He also charges $5 extra per key than other places but I couldn't be bothered arguing the price with such an unreasonable rude person. Will never go there again
