Not impressed - I walked in the shop Last Friday afternoon the 10th of June asking for a particular product only to be told It’s from an old website. Anyway I told the florist what I wanted and the manager said it could be arranged. I ordered 24 red roses a teddy bear and a box of chocolates. I chose the nicest roses costing me $10 each. A florist there suggested another bunch at a cheaper price which I refused. I was advised that the shop can’t deliver the next day a Saturday which was my niece confirmation day. They took away the roses and put it away in the fridge. I noticed it was already in full bloom. I was advised these roses would be delivered on Tuesday 5 days later. I paid over $300 for it. I note the website says we deliver fresh flowers daily. That ain’t fresh. My niece is yet to receive the flowers in a gifted box. If these flowers don’t last I will lodge a complain with fair trading,customer service.
