I like her service and she has lots of experience and high customer service. I always visit this store to have eyebrow waxing. I have some discount with good feedback leaving. Always happy and very thanks.

Forget even giving this place a visit for your beauty regime. After the lady "Chanel" started my nails she thought it was a good idea to wax 5 people's eyebrows while I waited there for an hour. I couldn't have walked out because she has glued the acrylic nails on so I was forced to wait there. In this time of waiting I witnessed half a customers eyebrow getting waxed off. Another customer missed picking up her children from school because Chanel decided to take off the customers nail polish and change it for a colour on the shellac chart which she didn't even want, in order to earn more money... >:( Finally, the sign outside said $35 for acrylic (shellac) nails and they charged me $50. I reminded them of the sign outside but they were like "that's because we did full set" ummmm wtf I didn't come in here expecting you to do one nail did I? Horrible experience
