I wanted to cancel my membership from 12 months ago but each time I called to cancel the staff said ok we can freeze your account - but charged me $5 each week. it happened three times they kept charging my account 31.95 until I checked and asked for cancelation then i was asekd to provide doctors certificate twice. even I provided 30 days notice end of July, I just noticed fitness first Carlingford charged me another $31.98 on 30 august. it is so disgusting like money hungry to grap every dollor thay possiblely can from the public which is very OFF PUTTING For large entitiy as such! I have not been to this gym for over 10 months and over 250 been taken out of my account for these reasons - very misleading and deceptive! I would not hesitate to report this entity to office of fair trading today!
