The floors were installed too low so that the gap below the front door is too big so now does not meet the BCA standards for a fire door. They have refused to rectify the defect and the installer called me angrily and falsely accusing me of the defect. Very poor service. Any future response on here from Carpet Call saying they would like to follow this up is not a genuine offer. They tried this with me on another review website but they never got back to me. They hoped I'd just forget about it. This was 10 months ago. They still haven't done anything about it. To all prospective customers, stay well away. Try somewhere else.
