I was interviewed at this Priceline. They called me for trial. I reached on time and nobody was there who would take the trial. One guy said to come later. I waited. Half an hour later, the in-charge lady arrives with no apologies for being late. She is the in-charge and looks after the store, i am not sure.And if she is the one, she needs a proper training. No apologies, no smile..how does that work? How do yu keep employees working with this attitude?

The staff are so unfriendly. No apologies for their own mistakes. need to get proper customer service training. Very careless. I was on the queue and the guys on the counter were complaining about their shifts on the next day. Why work if you dont want to? Simple Me and my friends will never shop there again. The so called incharge lady was behaving like she is so stressed of work. No smile on anyones face .
