They fixed my phone, and issue a warranty on all services

This store should not be trading, I took my iPhone there for a basic screen replacement and the internal workings of the phone were damaged. The repairer was rude and refused to fulfill his obligations under Australian Consumer Law. After multiple repairs under 'Smart Fone Warranty' I took it to an Apple Store who stated that questionable repairs had occurred and damage resulted, another repairer states that Smart Fone caused "irreparable damage" to my IPhone. Due to the hideous standard of customer service I decided to cut my losses and not go back to Smart Fone to avoid being further yelled at and belittled. I had to pay to have the phone replaced by Apple. This store is nothing but a scam. And should not only be avoided, but should be closed down for fraud and violating fair trading laws.
