  • Coles in Stockland Green Hills customer review by John

    - May 31, 2023

I'm very disappointed that your Greenhills NSW store has removed checkouts in place of self serves. I don't work at Coles, I don't get paid (or a discount) for checking items out myself. What exactly prompts you to think customer want this? This is a bad customer experience, no customer says to themselves "I would rather do the work myself". I wont be shopping at your stores that have implemented this non-customer feedback focused strategy, and I sincerely you experience a drop in sales and rise in checkout theft as a reaction to your money grab. Side note: If someone checks out expensive items as cheap ones, its not their fault. They aren't checkout clerks and you haven't trained them.
