My wife and I went into stockland mall commonwealth bank on Tuesday 27th. I'm in a power wheelchair and have to catch the bus as I drive my 'chair onto the bus.Well it just so happens on the day we went to the bank the bus company cancelled the 9.30 bus So... we had to wait an hour for the next bus, when we got to the bank there was as usual the only 1 teller with a line up of people to the front door.There were 7 staff members that I counted but only 1 teller we were there at 11.00 (not lunch time) and had to wait 40 minutes before We had someone assist us.By this time I was slightly frustrated and annoyed which ened up with me being quite short and possibly rude to the girl that attended us.As theres no direct phone number to this branch, I would like to appologise to the girl that went to great pains to attend to us and just mention the teller is and always has been very helpfull considering she is flat out by herself attending to a line up of people(all by herself by the way). We tried phoning and also on netbank prior to having to go to the bank without much help and that's why at the time was was annoyed So... can you please pass onto the girl who organised our pensions to increase our limit sent to our joint accounts as she was excellent and probably had to bight her bottom lip when dealing with a cranky old man in a wheelchair.
