Omg the worst nails I have ever received. Looks like a 6 year old had done them yet I had to pay $65… yes not happy at all and they are very rude. DON’T GO!!!!

Went there for a second time today to get my in-fills because the lady who did my nails the first time had done a great job. Unfortunately, the owner was the one doing my nails this time and he did them so roughly. Apart from the fact that he was extremely rude and disrespectful, he was filing my nails like they were pieces of wood and not actual delicate nails. I was in literal pain throughout my appointment and ended up bleeding from 2 of my nails because he kept buffing them to no end. Asked him for a long oval and he shaped my nails in short almonds. When i asked him to change it, he just made them round. Wont be going there again if he’s the one available and doing my nails. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WOULD HAVE GIVEN A MINUS SCORE FOR THIS VISIT IF I COULD.

Absolutely the worst manicure I have ever had anywhere in the world! Should not be Beautiful Nail but Butchery Nail. Do not go there, their standard is off the scale minus zero.

Beautiful Nails Erina is perhaps the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I do not recommend this nor will I ever be coming back. First and foremost, the customer service is shocking and not customer-centred. The quality of the work is not the best, needs a lot of training (in my opinion). I came here more than a week ago for French tips shellac, I asked the lady questions regarding prices among other things. The male worker did not seem pleased with my questioning , he came over and basically told me in a forceful manner to stick with shellac. At that point, I wanted to get and leave. This is not appropriate and should not occur anywhere. The first lady I saw ripped off my previous SNS rather than filing it down and using acetone to remove. This made my nails weak. The work I had done was also not the best, it started chipping in less than a week! Very disappointing.

It’s the worst shop for nail. The manager was very rude. the nail Shellac polish went off after a few days and my nails broke. You will waste your money and damage your nails.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The older gentleman working there yelled at me for asking for almond, when it was oval in his opinion. He cut my fingers and applied the extensions sideways. He painted on my finger. Complete waste of money.

Absolutely disgusting service and the management is rude, fowl manners and does not have an understanding of customer service. The management have treated me and my friend awfully as well as his staff. Over charging us is an understatement as he turned aggressive in argument when trying to fight with us when we questioned the over pricing. Will never be coming back and this place genuinely needs to be shut down. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have only given a one star review because there is no option for zero stars. Disgusting

Had the most wonderful pedicure here yesterday. The customer service was warm and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely. I feel confident in recommending this salon for your next pedi. Great experience!
