Staff are rude, don't even greet you when in the store, too busy having personal conversations to be bothered feeling you, on an occasion i was spoken to with an attitude, felt like they had better things to do than make money for the store, i now feel very put off going in and around rather travels 40mins to Tuggerah to be greeted with a smile.
