My husband and I were horrified and my husband extremely offended when upon entering the St George bank at Erina Fair this morning we were greeted by the concierge at the front only for her to notify my husband that he had skinny legs and she also inquired if his children had skinny legs. not only was it none of her business and extremely unprofessional but the reason he has skinny legs is because he is terminaally ill. we were gobsmacked. i suggest better training for the first contact staff would be appreciated.
