The man at check out was very rude, he accused me didn’t scan the item which I did, but he won’t listen to me and scan it again. When I proved him I scanned, he literally just quickly deleted it without say sorry, instead said:” I just do my job.” What make me more angry was his attitude. The store managers were good.

7.30 pm Friday 3rd December 2021 Just picked up my delivery to boot. Have done this multiple times and most times there’s an issue. Usually I brush it off. A couple of times I’ve only checked my groceries once I returned home, to find bags missing. This time after having another person’s groceries mixed in with mine I thought I must check my order. There were 3 bags missing from my order. When I went back into the store I was frustrated and said there must be a better system to avoid this happening. The response from “The Manager” was very defensive. I understand staff shortages, staff being under the pump. But it’s a service industry and if you can’t even get an apology for the mess up, what has happened to customer service. I’m very upset with her attitude not the order mess up.
