Great service for balding men

I am APPALLED to say the least. I don’t want to rate it any stars, but I have to to be able to post this review. The service was disgraceful. I spoke to a lady yesterday, who was able to agree with me, and was discussing with me exactly what I wanted, and I was really impressed that she was able to understand what I wanted. When I arrived this morning, I had a different lady who was doing my hair, which was fine. I explained what I was interested in doing, which was to just bring my colour up a little bit, so I had only a small amount of regrowth at my roots, and I was attacked, saying that it was impossible to do, (which is not true, as I have had it done numerous times very successfully) she was rude, arrogant, and purely disgusting towards me. I have never felt so degraded. I would have been happy if she had originally said that she wasn’t able, or not comfortable doing it. But to be abused for explaining what I wanted is disgusting. I ended up walking out of the salon, and refused service. Do not get your hair done here. It’s a waste of time and money.
