Not happy about service, I recieved my new iWatch and was eager to use it, but it would not power up, Because it was new, I went straight away to the Hornsby Westfield Apple store, the consultant was not really that keen to help, I had to prompt her to talk to me. She said to me sometimes due to shell life the battery goes completely flat, did nothing really to help, I had to again prompt her to see if it was a manufacturing fault. She eventually did and said ft needed a charge, my question, what happened to the customer service, when I bought my Apple iPhone 8 in New York, at the Apple store, but they helped me set it up and sync it and charge it..One more thing she tried to sell me a charging connector, yes she was looking at me as sale.. Now I understand things happen with products, but how about a bit of service..i spent $800 on an iWatch and was treated like a common beggar..
