This is the worst business I have ever had to deal with. They sell reconditioned Apple products as new which are not fit for purpose and then ignored the Department of fair trading, when they took up my dispute. They are really unprofessional and I am amazed that Westfield allow them to trade under their roof. Also why does Apple allow people like this to sully their brand? I ended up going to Harvey Norman at Lakehaven where I got fantastic service and a new Windows product, breaking away from my loyalty to Apple after dealing with Tech World. I think that the cables and adapters are counterfeit too. The one they gave me needed excessive force to get in the wall and felt nasty and scraped.
