Most un pleasant experience. it looks like no one give any crap about their customers.I went there at 4.30pm. The lady said we are closing upon asking she mentioned close at 5.30pm. however, the korean guy who served me reluctantly. didn"t answer my querries.I decided to cancel my services from Telstra to TPG. I have been wth Telstra for the last 27 years. It has gone from top telecom company to absolute wrost.I wanted a 0 strar if the option was there.

Many visits to this Telstra shop and all I have had is terrible service. Not only from the manager but also the sales staff as well. Apparently, I am not the only Telstra customer to be saying this. Not helpful at all, but they are very keen to take your Telstra order so that it appears that you will walk out of the shop happy. Do not be fooled, you will not be. 1 star is too many.
