    I too have the same problem with all of you and been fighting for my consumer rights for almost a year now. I have gone through fair trading, Ncat tribunal and the local court. I am now gathering victims to report to CNN.

    This shop no longer exists in Moore Park - it's now situated at 460 Pacific Hwy St Leonards and is rebranded as Home Premium Outlet. We ordered a dining table on 3rd June and no table yet. The company insisted we pay the full amount. They do not answer their phone (either at the former place nor the current one) and they don't reply to emails. We contacted our credit card company as well as Fair Trading. My advice is 1) don't shop with them 2) if you've been unlucky enough to have been dudded by them , contact Fair Trading and put in a dispute with your credit card company. You'll never get your goods. They are appalling and complete scammers. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because you can't give a rating of zero!.

    I too have had the same issues of no delivery, hard to contact. Delay after delay. Eventually they said they had moved away from Moore Park to 460 Pacific Hwy St Leonard's. Eventually I visited that address and they exist there as a store called Home Premium Outlet. When I walked into that store the same guy Rob, who sold me our dining table, was there. He could not explain where our table was and why it us taking so long. I requested our money back and he said he couldn't as he wasn't the owner. I have logged a complaint with Fair Trading and contacted my credit card provider to see what they can do. They have put the original charge as 'in dispute '. I'm waiting on an updates

    Update* After 8 months of waiting, i got the wrong item that came completely wrecked. I paid $3800 for a recliner but the item i recieved didnt even the recliner feature. Leather was scrapped, entire bottom was ripped. They refused a refund and issue is still not resolved till this day. Will be going to tribunal now. Avoid this company at all costs if you dont want to end up in a situation like me.

    After 8 months, I still havent received my sofa. When I follow up about the delivery status, they always say it will be here in the next couple of weeks which has lead on for months. The delivery date is indefinite and I don't even know if it will ever arrive. Poor communication and zero service.

    Please Australia read what I am writing, please purchase or order anything from HQ living, the service is non existent, and time delay delivery is at list 12 month, product is faulty and its the biggest mistake we have made, we are taking this matter to Fair trading as there is no end to the drama, No answering phone and always excuses. please take notice and DONOT order from this company.

    Never buy for this store!!!! Exactly the same issues as other reviews. I ordered furniture over 10mths ago and still yet to arrive and zero communication.

    Its the worst experience that i ever had in Australia. I purchased a dining table 10 months ago and its hasn't been delivered. They never respond to phone calls or messages. I now lodged a case with fair trading and asking for a refund.

    Very similar experience like other reviews. I wish I read the reviews earlier. Unfortunately They managed to delete ( God Knows how) all the previous bad reviews which reflect customer opinions about their poor service. Those guys in Sydney are far the worst retail people to ever deal with . Never deliver on time - so they never answer the phone! Hopeless is being kind to them! I waited for over 11 months for the Dinning table set although was promised that they do have it in their stock and they supposed to deliver it within 3-6 weeks! The delay was not due to COVID and the lock down, the order was placed back in Early March 2021 and to date they failed to deliver it! Moreover, they don’t want to refund my deposit back and trying to force me to get different chairs they don’t even match with the dinning table! ( as they haven’t received my original order yet from overseas and they don’t even know when will they get them!) Hopeless dealing with them! I have lots of stress and anxiety over this issue!

    Absolutely shocking. Have never dealt with an Australian company like this before. My order has been delayed for over a year now. Communication and customer service has been appalling. There is no consideration of a refund for the item that I have purchased that they are unable to obtain- ‘you can pick something else instead’. I have already purchased the same from elsewhere. No customer service centre to appeal this. I’m honestly in shock and my deposit of over $1500 is still with them.
