They do not honour there waranty. My screen went purple after 2 WEEKS with a 6months warranty and they wanted me to pay for it as my screen protector had a small crack init. So hint for others if your screen becomes damaged remove all covers and protectors otherwise they will not honour warranty. While i was also waiting noticed the number of customers trying to claim against their warranty as phones weren't working or there speakers werent working. Just goes to show their equipment and workmanship is faulty. I have found that newcastle mobile phone repairs are cheaper and better quality
