This place is a rip off. I put my expensive RM Williams boots in to be repaired. They have not been returned. Initially he gave me every excuse ( trying to source the elastics, they are at my home ill bring them in next week) now the owner will not respond to my phone call or emails. He is not a trustworthy person. I would avoid this business totally. No Stars!!!!

Asked them to switch out the battery of my watch, and while waiting, I saw them drop it onto the floor multiple times and proceed to laugh about it. They have no respect for your valuables, I do not recommend.

Exceptionally poor customer service. They did not check to see if the item that I purchased was working. I had to returned to their store to have the item replaced. No apology and no acknowledgement of the inconvenience this had caused me. They tell you one thing to your face then don't follow through with it. Would not recommend getting any work done by this outlet.
