Not good service,when my 85 year old Aunts phone didn't work,was made to buy a new mobile after sending old one off.then they said will replace old mobile .Wow! now she has 2.Lets hope they refund full price she paid for new one she doesn't need.The girl on the phone had no idea.Great service NOT
