Sadly, i havent got a very good review about this flower store, my wedding was in April 2017 and on my initial first contact with the two women there, i got given the impression that they were too busy to take a booking for my wedding flowers. The situation was awkward as i approached them to enquire and immediately one of them turned down my enquiry due to being too busy going into valentines day. The other woman redeemed the situation by giving me time to speak and find out what i was looking for. Embarrassingly as the second woman tried to hear me out the first one continued to baffle to her collegue that they didnt have time or room for my enquiry. I stood there feeling embarrassed and in shock as i am a cuatomer yet they argued in front of me. The second woman wrote down my enquiry on a piece of paper that loojed messy and scribbled they didnt even write it down in their proffessional booking binder. When my wedding day arrived the deliveey came and there was items missing including buttonholes for the ring boy and father in law aswell as a mothers button hole. My bridal bouquet was drooping and it looked brown and as though it was dying. I felt really disheartend. The delivery lady apologised and went back and got the other items. As i passed the flower shop often i look past and wish often that i should have just bought a $40 already made bunch of flowers that sit in the front of the store as they look so fresh and beautiful but i had spent $150 on mine and it was horrible.overall i feel very disappointed and felt as though my need was rushed and of inconveninece to the store. When my daughter gets married i will be buying ready made fresh bunch as from my experience getting them made under the name bridal bouquet is a waste of money.
