Do not bother going there. They are not genuine Samsung store. Know nothing about tech or products. When asked if she knew how old my tablet, woman shrugged her shoulders said "its old" and "repairs might cost more than $400" Go two shops down to GLITCH for efficient and knowledgable service. All it needed was new cable $30. ZERO STARS FROM ME BUT WILL NOT LET ME GO BELOW ONE

Opening hours unreliable. Doesn't open at 10.00 am. Close before 5 pm. No Opening hours listed at shop front. Who knows when they open.
