The staff are usually friendly and helpful. The produce is generally good quality but you do pay for it Customer service in my opinion is about a happy smiling face a warm greeting plus helping efficient service. Most of the staff are on board with this but a couple are still wearing masks which gives the impression they might think customers are virus infected scumbags so possibly they should not be working in customer service
