I purchased a set of headphones for my I Phone and I should have been more careful. They came in a clear unlabelled packet and they are so inferior to a branded product. The design is appalling with no volume control, the tone doesn’t adjust and the volume control slide sits about 10 cms from the actual ear bud on one side so they are uneven and most uncomfortable to wear. TB Mobile would not exchange, refund and basically advised although they were inferior that is what I had bought and no restoration was due to me. Do yourself a favour and really check out their products before purchasing. Buyer beware.
