Very bad customer service Ruined my daughters dress wouldn’t admit to it rude customer service highly not recommended and also overpriced

Horrible quality, could have done a better job myself! Due to big load of customers they don't care about quality at all. Something simple like shortening the trousers should be done at least with a straight line seams, instead they've absolutely butchered the item. Please avoid if you are after at least decent quality job. To say I'm disappointed is to say nothing :(
