I mistakenly left a shopping bag in the Myer Menswear Section (Shoes) this afternoon. After realising that I had indeed left my bag there after purchasing a pair of shoes, I came back to the store about 20 minutes or so later. I was so surprised and grateful that the bag was neatly and safely taken for where I left it, and kept safely under the Service Counter. I want to commend the staff for their care and honesty, and also for the excellent service I received with my purchase. Again, thank you so much!!!

I would like to express my opinion about assistance I got in Myer (Miranda) on04.11.2021 from Sale Assistant Gladys. I just pop in shop to check a cardigan that I am looking fir a while, it’s a bit old fashioned item and I lost a hope to find it, when I came in right section Assistant approached me and spend with me around 20 minutes and showed her professional skills, she showed me exactly what I looked for, by the way I was there on Saturday with my daughter and couldn’t find anything even close, she (sale assistant) checked on computer possible colours and availability, she checked stock and when found information that it was in stock, check all around… I am not young - so I am a bit slow , my English second language, so I got some problems with understanding , Gladys, was patent, extremely polite and respectful. I was really appreciate her for helping with my purchase. Also I forgot my “Number 1” card so , again she found all details on computer so I can get those points. Great, impressive Service ‼️
