Would give no stars if I could. Absolutely ruined my hair! I came in for some foils and they had no idea what they were doing. I have had foils for years and they have always been done in sections across my head ( parallel to my hairline) these idiots did them longways across my head, I asked them why they were doing it differently and was told it was a new technique. Turns out it's not a new technique its just not the correct way to do foils, the natural curve of the head means the front and back of each foil are an inch from your head giving the look of regrowth. I was taken to the basin for a shampoo and without any further consultation had my hair toned a solid shade of white (before they ruined my hair it was a warm sandy blonde with highlights and lowlights) I was then taken to the mirror for a cut and was horrified, my hair was white with dark regrowth where before it just looked lighter in the ends and i had just wanted to brighted it up a bit with a few foils. My hair was also badly damaged and was breaking of like pulling fairyfloss apart. They offered to try to fix the colour but they clearly had no idea what thet were doing and had destroyed my hair! I ended up seeing another hairdresser and paying a real professional to try to fix the damaged white mess. I had to have most of it cut off and they did their best to correct the color without causing too much more damage. These people should not be allowed to operate!!! They ruined my hair and it will take years to grow back

Good and xheap for a cut and blowdry but terrible at colouring. They studfed my colour big time. Manager was not helpful when asked by staff for advice. I left with two tone hair.

Had a very bad haircut. The "senior" hairdresser was distracted so so many times that my hair was carelessly cut too short. When I told the her that my hair was cut too short and not happy with it, then she yielded at me saying I did not understand!!

So cheap and such a good job. This will definately be my new hairdresser, unbelievable value.
