Excellent customer service! Hobbies person walked my son threw the different paints, glues, accessories needed for his plane kit.

Very poor service, taken from the 28th Dec till 23rd Feb to get a refund from them on a faulty remote control car. Told us many stories about it being sent to be fixed etc. Tell us back by Friday, then back next week and so on. Offered a discount of $10 if we purchased another car of a higher price. Will not be shopping there again!
