Worst customer service, rude staff, not helpful or care.

Only giving 1 star because It's the lowest I can give. I received the same bag for my birthday twice and I need to return one of them. "Lolita" the store manager refused to give me a refund OR her employee number and hung up on me twice. She said "it's not my fault, it's your mother and boyfriend's fault for getting you the same bag". My mother had to save up for months to purchase this bag for me and she was assured there wouldn't be any issues with returns or exchanges. AVOID this store as much as possible WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I've been a Furla customer for YEARS, I will never purchase one again.
