Definitely not stepping foot in this store. Asked a simple question on instagram and the response I got in capitals was ‘YOU NEED TO COME INTO THE STORE FOR PRICES’ then I responded ‘ok’ and they unsent their messages. Don’t have a ‘social’ media page if you’re not going to help your clients and be rude. I have messaged a few different jewellers and got estimated prices online and even if some couldn’t give me a price they were very apologetic and nice, definitely not the experience I got when I messaged Monaco Jewellers on instagram. Pretty embarrassing if you ask me.
