I attended the store with my daughter 15/2/22 11-12pm her enquiry was to get a replacement phone she has a 2 yo son who gets agitated in certain situations she had been waiting for 15 minutes i took the boy for a walk 10 minutes i see people who come after her being attended to almost an hour and staff there totally ignored my daughter then to be told after waiting an hour that there was only 1 computer working bullshit
