Bought the UBUD stool, which managed to go up whilst on "sale" from $48 to $60 while I was considering it. That should have warned me. When the product arrived it had clearly been forced in a box, there are pieces chipping and falling off the legs, a highly visible crack from the edge of the seat to the centre all the way through the circular piece of wood, the seat is at a 10 degree lean and the entire piece is just shabby (not in a good way). There is also insect holes in the wood and raw fibres on the legs, how this got past customs quarantine is anyone's guess? I emailed immediately on receipt as I was really disappointed. Thus far 3 days later no reply. I doubt I will get one. Either way I wont be purchasing from this site again.

Please, please if a you are reading this review DO NOT purchase anything online from this company I purchased 2 pendant lights for $350 and have emailed, left numerous phone messages and there is no response. They are not interested in delivering your items just your money. I will be contacting the Department of Fair Trading and lodging a complaint. Scammers!!!

I accidentally ordered the incorrect size of tea set (petite) . I requested a return of the tea set so I could order the correct size .It has taken numerous emails to get the return details .I still don’t have them. it’s been a month now . This is the worst service I have ever encountered online .Do yourself a favour . Don’t buy online absolutely terrible experience.

I ordered an item in february and when it didn't arrive, I wrote to them and they said it was on hold... Then I asked them for a refund...no news. I have written to them again and again (more than 5 times) and there is still no news! They completely ignore their customers. I paid for an item that I never received ... it's very limited (almost theft) !!!! BE CAREFUL !!!!
