Happy with service provided therapist that was doing the massage listened to me when i told them where the pain was and they didnt press to hard on that spot but worked on the sore area and relieved the pain to the area so i was able to move more freely with out asmuch pain.

Extremely upsetting. Male therapist became angry when asked to please be gentle around injury site prior to him touching area. Stated he was a professional, physios & drs don’t know what they’re doing. 2nd leg & foot massaged very passively despite being asked for more pressure on uninjured foot. Stated he had seen much worse injuries although I had only disclosed foot injury & have multiple other injuries. He then pushed my feet into hot water, telling me off for putting them in slowly. Very upset when I left. Will need to go & have feet & calves massaged elsewhere to relieve pain & tension as he has not effectively done so.
